Architect Giovanni Marani has developed the use of artistic glass to create unique and exclusive furniture. These unique glass pieces become even more precious because of the use of thousand-year old techniques – such as the “Incamiciatura” (a process in which glass is covered first in crystal and the layering of glass with 24-kt gold leaf), or the “Affumicatura” (smoking technique), which uses the combustion of Marseille soap to produce a beautiful iridescent surface.
The glass table tops are rigidly put together with the artistic glass elements and the marble or glass bases.
